








Ingredients:
3 large mangos
7-8 vine ripe tomatoes
1 large white onion
10-15 large jalapeño peppers
2-3 habaneros
6-7 limes
1 bunch of cilantro
Pinch of salt

To Make:
Dice up the tomatoes, onion & jalapeño peppers and set in a bowl to the side.
Peel mangos and dice into small cubes & add to the tomato mixture.
Finely chop cilantro and combine in the bowl.
Get some gloves and mince the habanero peppers as fine as possible & add to bowl.
Juice the limes & leave one for garnish.
Add lime juice and pinch of salt to bowl and mix well.
Slice the last lime into quarters & garnish.
