Simple Homemade Tortilla Chips 🌽

Ok guys, it doesn’t get any easier than this! But I’m telling you these crunchy, salty hot tortillas chips are 10x more delicious than that bag of cold chips in your cupboard. It’s so worth the little bit of extra time it takes to make fresh tortilla chips if you are having salsa, spinach & artichoke dip or just plain salty chips with an ice cold beer! 🍺

Ingredients: 10-11 small white corn tortillas (more or less depending on how many chips you are making)

Salt

That’s it!

To Make:

Cut tortillas into triangles

Fry in batches using vegetable or corn oil (medium high) for a few minutes until golden (1-2 minutes total)

Hit ‘em with a pinch of salt as soon as the come out of the oil and let them drain on paper towels.

For some extra flavor, squeeze a fresh lime over the chips while they are still hot!
