Teriyaki Glazed Pan Seared Salmon ๐Ÿฃ

My family & I love salmon ๐Ÿฃ so I am always trying to come up with different ways to prepare it so we arenโ€™t eating the same meal over & over. This recipe became an instant hit, so I wanted to share it!

Ingredients:

2-3 wild caught salmon filets

Olive oil

Salt & pepper

Teriyaki glaze (I use P.f. Changs brand but use whatever you like. Even better if you make it from scratch!)

To Make:

Preheat oven at 350

Heat a few tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.

Brush the filets with olive oil & season with salt & pepper.

Place filets in pan, skin side down.

Sear for about 4 minutes, then flip the filets over.

While filets are searing on the other side (4 minutes) use a sharp knife to finely slice off the skins. Season with more salt & pepper.

Brush the filets with the teriyaki glaze & transfer to a parchment lined baking dish & bake at 350 for an additional 4-5 minutes (more or less depending on the thickness of the filets).

Remove from oven when once fish is cooked through.

Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with sesame seeds & scallions. Serve with steamed rice & pan fried noodles with vegetables for a delicious & healthy meal! ๐Ÿฃ
